We establish clear product specifications as per our customer's requirements. We use these specifications to develop proper checking jigs, fixtures and systems to check every product in our factory prior to shipment. We use a combination of techniques to meet the most demanding requirements. Despite our quality control procedures, our partners enjoy a quality guarantee. If they are not happy with any product for whatever reason, they get a free replacement or a credit note. We provide this guarantee because we are interested in long-term growth.
